Heat Sheath GOLD(TM) solves the problem of heat and abrasions causing failure of lines, hoses & wires. DEI Heat Sheath GOLD is manufactured from our high temperature metalized polyimide lamination, bonded to a robust 20oz. heat treated glass fiber base material, the DEI line of GOLD(TM) sleeving will protect and keep components cool in the most demanding applications. Able to reflect radiant heat up to 800°F makes DEI GOLD line sleeving the perfect choice to keep critical lines, air intakes and hoses cool and protected. 20oz. heat treated base glass Metalized Polyimide lamination Base glass rated to 1100°F *DO NOT apply directly to exhaust components.

Installation Instructions
  • Precision-engineered using high-temperature Gold metalized polyamide material bonded to a 20 oz heat treated glass fiber base. Keeps critical lines, hoses, and air intakes cool & protected up to 800F.
  • Reinforced with aramid thread for outstanding heat resistance, abrasion durability, and flame-retardant performance in high-temperature environments.
  • Keeps lines and hoses cool, flexible, and protected-resists abrasion and reflects up to 90% of damaging radiant heat.
  • Quick, easy installation- unhook the line or hose, cut to desired length, slide on, and reattach.
