This filter features five layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media to provide maximum performance. Its progressive layering allows the filter to flow at high levels even when dirty. Pro 5R filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and blue air filter oil. aFe developed this sturdy 18 gauge steel wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield to snap onto the top of the lower half of the factory airbox to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. This intake replaces the factory upper intake box. All hardware and components are included for a hassle-free installation. This kit utilizes high quality stainless steel clamps and a silicone coupler.
